Hosted by wine expert Giacomo Panicacci, you’ll discover the stories, heritage and character behind seven exceptional wines from the acclaimed Torre Mora and Valiano estates. Throughout the evening, Giacomo will guide you through each tasting, sharing his expertise and insights into every wine.
To complement each pour, The Castle’s Head Chef has created seven exclusive tasting dishes, expertly crafted especially for this event. Each plate has been designed to perfectly enhance the unique flavours and character of its paired wine, creating a truly immersive dining experience.
